Tulvio, if you think that the three Korean presidential candidates who agreed that they will not re-open negotiations with IMF will hold to their statements after the election, you do not know too much about politicians. A friend of mine, since retired, who used to negotiate with Koreans for GM said to me recently that Koreans are difficult to deal with. As soon as they have signed a contract, they will open it up for re-negotiation. This is how conduct their affairs and if they have been successful with these methods they will continue to do so.
Mind you, I am not endorsing their methods of negotiation, and certainly not with their ways of doing business ;)
