since we're both engineers, and supposedly base our conclusions on empirical evidence, can you understand how these folks think they've done "due dilly?" i can't. everything they have is hearsay as far as i can tell. the company information to the sec looks several levels below pathetic. the company says big things and i can't see where it has ever come through. due dilly or duly duped? If the company is shut down by the sec in a few years for any reason, does that mean the shorts will not have to cover when the last cert is issued?
