This is the most misunderstood and hated bull market of all time.
For those who have heard read and seen the endless prophesies of doom over the pasr several years, and have understood the operative elements, I.e.massive liquidity, those few have done very well with DOW thousands of points higher.
The trend will change one day.
Sad to see so much misguidance.

Iso,

The society may collapse, but it will NOT necessarily be because of the 1% or concentration of assets.

Couple of issues:

1. real incomes and real standards of living have little to do with the 1% or 'wealth distribution."

2. real living standards are quite good for even the lowest 10%

3. even if revolutionary consciousness arose, not clear it would not be co-opted or crushed. It is an uphill battle to lift the "alp" of history --as Marx called it--- from the brain of the living.

4. Stasis can sustained for long periods of time. Just depends on a host of factors. Slaves adapted to slavery, in the main, and though there were isolated examples of rebellion, in the main, for millions....they adjusted. Same for modern 'consumers' who exhibit Jay-walking ignorance about a host of issues. Their collections of myths and 'beliefs' can continue almost indefinitely. Many mythical beliefs......going to college guarantees success; Muslims are peaceful; businessmen are evil......its all Bush's fault; raising the minimum wage is good for the poor; price controls promote social welfare. ...

5. Remember Orwell and the proles..............remember the barnyard animals who condemned themselves to NEVER figuring it out.
