You know, when you have to stretch things as far as you have, it is best just to stop. You might as well claim that Obama is responsible for funding everything.

Do you have a link to where the intelligence committee members said that?

As to Benghazi, those weapons were from Gaddafi's stores he had squirreled away all over the country.
