I don't know the particulars of Muse and Caverject but I do know that phentolamine is fast acting. This means that the drop may be sudden and possibly more dangerous. I find it interesting that an anti-hypertensive drug would cause or stimulate erections when one of the most common side effects of anti-hypertensives is impotence. This is more common among the diuretic drugs but is also seen amongst vasodialators. A bit of contradiction here don't you think?
