No, I said RMIL did not have premium product identity such as Evian. A good marketer could market San Jose muni water (the most disgusting stuff I have ever seen) as premium water successfully. RMIL, could, assuming they have sufficiently deep pockets, market their water any way they want. Last time I checked, RMIL's pockets were pretty shallow. Even $10M is a paltry sum if one wanted to compete with Perrier and Evian.

BTW: the market is not that knowledgable about water purity. I think Perrier is quite rank myself. I prefer Calistoga, or S. Peligrino for bottled mineral water.
