Dear Joe and Threaders,

Don't shoot me, I'm only the messenger, but thanks for the compliment on my "script", actually it was all stream of consciousness.

I do encourage all interested parties to check the facts (CDPD as a standard?? Where is the GTE money??), read the recent Bloomberg Business News article (backs up much of my story), read the 10Q's (backs up my facts), and check the background and motive of their stock promoter (he is the largest stockholder -- bar none, motive obvious.)

When you are buying a "story stock" and not a track record, you are usually buying management's view of the future. Check Rod's qualifications (his last job prior to starting USWDA was selling cellular phones at a retail store), and see if you are comfortable that he is capable of leading you to the promised land. Because make no mistake about it, when the new officers have come and gone (as history tells us they will) it is Rod's show.

I owned this stock a while back, took my lumps and moved on. I have no stake in this company, and have not and will not be shorting USWDA. I wanted them to succeed for the longest time, but it is apparent that they will not (short-term hype to the contrary.) As an example they still have a large quantity of POS-50 inventory that is more than two years old sitting in a warehouse unsold, and not written off.

Be forewarned, and if you know the risks and think the potential reward is worth the gamble, more power to you. I do and I don't.

Happy Holidays!
