Just wanted to let everyone who offered some great suggestions know that my friends computer is clean and ready to give to his daughter. Ran Revo to delete programs and registry related, Deleted MY Computer docs, and ran Drive Scrubber. Amazing that he only had XP SP2 so I updated to SP3 and showed him how to download the remaining updates that he has neglected. Also installed AV and Malware programs that were missing or out of date. Always surprising how little people do in maintaining their computers and seem to get by with it.Considering, it went reasonably quick, and for me the job is complete, and good deed for the week accomplished.
