Chris: Eliot has made a few good calls using TA, but MACD, Fibunacci (sp?), BOP, triple-bottoms and all of these other indicators seem like a lot of work for very little reward. At best, recognizing chart patterns may work well just because every other TA'er is recognizing the same chart pattern and self-fulfilling prophecy takes over. Only hind-sight is 20/20. Let's face it, if it were that easy...we would all be rich. In the meantime, I'll watch the copies of Ghost, WCW & Pax fly off of the shelves and wait for my New Year's present from THQ to be reflected on my brokerage statement! Happy Holidays to All! Dave B.
