Timothy, the problem is that 90% of this companies write very, very high risk loans. CPSS is very carefull in who they write for. It has to be at least C+ paper. 1 step higher then the very high risk type. One example of this would be someone with no credit and high income to support the loan. You have to ask yourself: why does CPSS keep coming out with record earnings quarter after quarter, why did the banks just appove a 100 million dollar + line of credit, why are the insiders buying and why do they own allready 40% of the stock, and why don't the analysts rate CPSS as a sell instead of I believe 2 strong buys, 3 buys, and a couple of neutrals.
