Gary-

It is fine to disagree. Thank you for the indirect compliment of respect.

As far as the Koch deal, it is THE thing SOLV longs have at this point to hang their hat on...a deal to get Solv out of the soup, that will allow the company to move on in a direction that they have hoped for for years! This waiting game has been horrific: a great technology (MO), met with unrealistic deadlines... big visions that could not come to fruition... poor planning and management....strings of hope and promises......and of course all the "other" forces that be. Koch can now (potenially) free up Solv to get them to where we have been waiting for. Will the technology be used? Maybe not. More importantly, will the minerals really be profitable? Without Koch's rescue, we would be deader than dead and we would never see this pan out. Plus, I do not underestimate what Koch might do (speculation). In that light, this is a big deal. We are moving on. I am still broke, however.

Also, Gary, it is fair to say that not all that has transpired here with this story has been clean. Some of the things that transpired have been blatent crime. I believe there are crooks on both ends of this one. I may be one of them and so may be you. This highly controversial story has left room for facts, lies, hype, trash, and even the boogey-men who were out powerfully with lies and half truths to support their cause. I think this became obvious as it became a public mockery.

Given that, it is not a coincidence that this thread has been filled with bitterness, people not trusting each other, and questioning each others motives. It is a fact that when people are hit, they will be on guard for the next punch. The more hits, the more guard. Just so happens the longs have been hit for a year. No one knows who anyone is and if the post seems extreme, it is perceived as the boogey-man/woman/crossdresser ect. This is simply the stage that was set on this story. No way around that. We have had all types and motives here.

And yes, I agree, you have earned the acknowlegement from me that your predictions at 15-20 bucks were right on target.

Still do not know if you are the boogy man though :0.

Everyone try to have a cheerful Holiday.
