In fact, "she'd probably get shot at the state line," 2nd Congressional District chairman Johnny Rhoda told US News and World Report. "Nobody has any affection for her. The majority don't," he said. Rhoda tells Business Insider his comments were "taken way out of context." "It certainly was not meant in a threatening or hostile way at all," he says. "It was completely blown out of proportion." He adds that he "didn’t think (writer David Catanese) was going to print the thing." Says the writer: "Oh, yes, 'taken out of context.' As in, taken out of our on-the-record conversation and into print."
