" Needs are not relevant to the question, nor is survival... no one has the right to survive or have their needs met. You have implanted the issue of survival as a distraction because you are unwilling to answer the question. You won't answer the question even though you know it underlies all human rights with regard to government, and we both know why. All constitutional human rights are rights afforded to individuals which provide protection to such individuals from the government. Why do you have a problem with that? BTW what does "I have and have not had any intention," mean?
