"the jails are filled up in Phillie, new york, baltimore, boston, chicago and DC" all those God fearing rightwing Christians want to keep everybody locked up but they don't want to pay for the prisons. The courts in California have said either build more prisons or reduce your prison population. Now the wingnuts don't know what do do...more taxes for prisons or let those prisoners out.
