NSCP is bottoming though it isn't ready for prime time. The institutions have sold just about all they want. Fundamentally I believe the company has made an important intrinsic change which takes a while for institutions to understand. Buying here would surely be rewarded, but you may have to wait some time for it to base. My hunch is that the base won't last long. Maybe in Feb you'll get a better shot. You want it to break the tight downtrend on volume and then prepare yourself psychologically for the double bottom retest for purchase. The institutions will start nibbling soon to take advantage of cheap supply.
