I don't know if there are "rape rooms" under Maliki. I don't know how many rape rooms there were under Saddam either. Do you have any figures on that? I do believe there have been mass executions under Maliki though, although they were done by Shia Militias rather than anybody official. I think that Christians may have been a little better protected under Saddam. Jews too I believe. Sunnis in Baghdad seem to have become fair game for Shias since the U.S. left. NEITHER guy is an example of exceptional leadership.
