I don't see anything stopping him. He has succeeded in giving people who would otherwise have to struggle to produce something, a lot of benefits and money. There has been a fundamental change to government centered lifestyles (government taking care of you), and there is more on the table of deliveries. I hear a lot of noise from the right wing, but the mainstream media is not covering it, unless it is in a mocking tone. The average person on the street is unaware of how serious these changes are, with respect to long term consequences, and by the time they are aware they will have already adapted to the new status quo. A lot of noise (more like static), no action ... so far.
