Of course. They're different, but have a great deal of similarity. But Part D, in the end, was far less expensive than projected because of the strong private competition it created.

Obamacare, OTOH, killed competition and will eventually lead to government run health care, according to one of its main architects, Zeke Emanuel, a liberal nutjob. And he is correct.

Risk corridors aren't the problem. The problem is the commitment by Obama of funds from undetermined sources to bolster insurance companies BEYOND the legal risk corridor provision. It is outrageous and should
