I think we should evaluate each of our Top 10 holdings and drop them only if there is a change in fundamentals or if the valuation has changed. If we decide to drop a stock, then we will need a replacement. Let's have some discussion on what stock, if any we should drop based on our stated criteria. I don't think we should consider just the under performers, but each stock regardless of performance.
