For what it's worth, I have heard that the Diablillos Ag reserves are 150 million oz.+ and that it is a economic ore body now and growing all the time. I have also heard the comment that it is the fifth largest Ag ore body on a worldwide basis. I have not checked to see if this is correct, but so far my sources have proved to be AOK. Hope this helps.

Don, Here's what I've come up with for what its worth.

July 11,1997 Gold @380 & Silver @ $4.80
Au; 285,000oz Ag; 91.3moz GE 1.440moz Value = $ 547,200,000

Dec 14,1997 Gold @280 & Silver @ 6.00 & deposit expanded by 38%
Au; 393,300oz Ag; 125.6moz GE 3.078moz Value = $ 863,640,000

Increase in value $316,000,000us (+57%)

Interesting that even with gold dropping $100/oz that it was more than offset by the large increase in price of silver & the fact that the deposit itself is heavily weighted to silver.

Share price has gone down while the value of our resource has skyrocketed. We are, even with PFG's conservative estimates, appproaching a billion dollar asset.

Someone should check my math. Regards, Dave

Hello Don,

Good questions. I feel the silver resource questions you had have been aswered sufficiently, however, I would also like to know exact extraction costs for the silver, and whether or not it is viable to be mined on its own, etc. I will look into all this and hopefully have something to post by tomorrow. I think Shirley is also trying to find the information out, as this would help us greatly in understanding our options, and the potential that may await.

Cheers,
Ric
