The fraud and conspiracy allegations center solely on Connect America and its president, Greg Evans." This is old news, I'm not concerned at all about this suit. I believe some others must be concerned as it keeps coming up on the thread. I repeat, this is all non-news as far as I'm concerned. Notice also it started as "alledged" "FRAUD" and was clarified as "unjust enrichment" There is old discussion, notes from people who called att etc, back in the posts before and after post #14419
