Darth Bader Gingberg repeats the liberal mantra that "corporations are not people."

Never mind the fact that corporations are made up of people, and that the people have rights inside or outside of the corporation. Never mind the fact that businesses are not always incorporated, and that the rules of ObamaCare apply to all businesses, not just the incorporated ones.

Darth Bader is scoring PR points for a media that is paying more attention to a ruling's dissent than the ruling itself.
