To all
Does anyone have any theories as to how Vivus will do Monday and the rest of the week?
I was glad it went up in the last few hours on Friday and held. I was concerned when it dropped to 11 1/2 just around noon . Are all of the margin calls done now, or can we expect to see them executed on Monday.?
It would seem to me that if they couldn't drive the price down on Friday this should be the low ( pending any more bad news). The other thing I am concerned about would be sales to take advantage of the tax loss in 97. Any thoughts on that?

Lynn,

Management has never made any mention of moving the entire old plant over to the new plant.
I suppose they could make such a move at some later date when the new plant is certified.
Such a move at a later date could be executed without affecting production if added capacity is already in place before any move is attempted. I think management will be very careful on this issue.

-- VVUS will have 2 lines going in the old plant; and up to 8 lines in the new plant.

-- That's provided the demand is there for the product.

Out.
