I watched QNTM on Friday, looking at the short prospects
for day trading. As the news was Wednesday and the stock
open at the low Thursday, I expected to see the bargain
hunters out at the open Friday. That happened up to 20 1/2,
and then at 10 AM, it dove. The rest of the day was a bounce
and a half between 19 1/2 and 18 1/2.

Although I didn't put my money where my mouth was, I did
try to write down when to go short during the day. I managed
to get the points reasonably close to the highs. I was less
sure about when to close out. But hey, I've little experience
in either shorting or day trading. Doing some paper runs to
try to understand the game.

The reason for posting this is to alert you to the pattern, as
it may be useful in other bad news situations. Further, the
volatility in QNTM seems interesting. Any predictions as to
where it'll go from here? I could easily see some more bouncing,
since the long term fundamentals are the best in the DD industry.
We saw a good amount of that on a slower timeframe in the mid
to upper 20's.

Hi Dale,

>>TO ALL: If anyone is still following this thread<<

Yep. Please keep it going. Realy like to read it.
Sorry to see you had to get rid of your QNTM. They could become a better buying opportunity later.
