Re: NM-H.......OTC ticker will be NMHDF but MerrillEdge is not recognizing it yet.

I was happy to get some of the 8.75% NM-G @ $24.67 on the OTC last April. I will definitely try to add a small stake in NM-H (if below par) to round out my Navios holdings. The common stock, NM, is up nearly 100% from it's 52-week low and is trading above $10. They have paid a quarterly dividend of $0.06 for the past five years. At this point in time the preferreds look very safe, in my opinion. Of course, all areas of the shipping industries need to be monitored for changes in their business environments. With a yield over 8%, I feel that I am being fairly compensated for the business risk.
