Patent Search

The site for patent searches is:

patents.uspto.gov

It can take several years before a filed patent is granted. Only granted
patents can be searched apparently.

In doing a search found two patents of interest and possibly of some
importance in the Johnson Methodology.

4.564.396 dated Jan 14, 1986
5.593.514 dated Jan 14, 1997

Rumour has it that the beginning of the new testing was delayed till Monday, I don't know if it had anything to do with a Christmas party. The rumour could be false. No more rumours from me.
