Not true, but that's a different debate. It is very much true. Why do you think the 1st amendment should stop when you start a business (incorporated or not) and hire people? It is a business, not a person. So it doesn't have 1st amendment rights. Having businesses dabble in politics leads to corruption. This isn't some libertarian, ivory tower fairy spinning. We have had a long and painful history of this happening. So have other countries. You need to come up with some real, concrete reasons why it is different this time. Never mind the fact that you are confusing rights with entitlements. Bullshit, Tenchu. You are confusing wishful thinking with reality.
