bearshark, Good morning to you. I am going to look at C today and F. I do know that F has recently been used at a safe haven currency.<ggg> If 2 out of the big 3's stock are in trouble the sector should be ok for shorting.

Re: heavy equipment. I am short CAT, but he seems to be stuck in a trading range here. CEO came out last week and said they were going to buy an engine company to shore up this part of their business. I thought we learned in the 60's and 70's and finally in the 80's something about diversification. Oh well maybe it is a good idea for CAT. Time will tell. Boeing seems to do very well without owning the engine part of their business.

bearshark, I looked at C and F again. C is in a trading range just above the 150 day moving average and looks like it is trying to figure out if it should go up or down. F is still on a bull terror. Fundamentally I read somewhere F was shutting down plants in SA. Just have to watch I guess.
