I wasn't asked a question, I was given a directive with an improper judgment/vitriolic bash infused into the comment. It was loaded with unqualified and untrue presumptions about what constitutes "our" system. It was presented in avoidance of the convention to follow the strand of thought preceding it, which actually presented a straight forward question. It drew an improper and ambiguous conclusion.
