...and the current formula should be able to carry the fluctuations in numbers of recipients, if they will simply collect on all earnings applicable to people in the program

...get rid of the caps on high earners...punish them for their success...(;=)

..or explain why it makes sense

(the pigs really could sell refrigerators to eskimos..)

All they need to do is lift the cap and SS is good for another 75 years.

And by that time we will all be either dead, in a post apocalypse, or have solved the problem :>).
