I think you are mixing legal apples and oranges here, but until I can specifically explain that I have to pass on any more comment. I need to read the majority opinion in total.

I think corporations need legal rights, but they don't have to be the rights of people. I also think corporations should bear some responsibility to show that they serve society in some manner. A test this corporation would fail:

But then, so would many contemporary corporations.

It is a ridiculous decision, and it will definitely lead to more lawsuits that will test these supposed limits.

My feelings, as well. We are going to see a river of SC headed cases testing the limits of this. And it will be hard to limit it to the specifics of this case.
