Bob, I agree tht the more updates the beter. The only difference is that I prefer updates based on real changes rather than a set schedule.

The financial updates have been made as soon as the financial data was released and there were four info releases in Nov.

I had to stop gong to the site several times daily because it was silly on my part. Yes I would like to see the FAQ site updated. I hate XOMAs use of the word shortly and yet since it was such a great development and so well done I don't want to send a message that the more you give them the more they want and the more ungrateful they become. So I rationalize that they are waiting to update the FAQ based on some more important items that perhaps have not happened as quickly as they thought. In addition doing the update is something that takes time from the scientist and other upper management people.

Don't think I have been suggesting recomending Xoma to family and friends but rather bringing issues which relate to XOMA to the attention of analyst, underwriters and advisors who might then at least look more closely at XOMA.

Do we have any idea of how much use the people recomending stocks actually use the internet, and company sites? Xoma made a decision to use the net instead of hard copies of quarterlies. This means people must come to it. Everyone is not on the net but many likely to invest are. It was an interesting decision and I wonder how they made it. I think they were smart to do so but curious about subject.

BTW if there are no replys to the anca question you raised please don't forget to give us you understanding of the implications.
