One other point to my prior comments regarding my call to IR approx one week ago. I asked if the company had provided any recent or additional guidance to any other analysts other than the comments to DMG earlier in Nov. I received an unequivocal "No!" as an answer. (The reason I think she was so emphatic is that I had the impression she'd been asked that a number of times before.)

william, I agree..atml is too conversative withinforamtion.
no news from them since Nov.97...
they are like long lost uncles that you can't hear about for decades.
unless atml screwed up and didn't hedge the yen then they are okay..
i think maybe europe is helping.
atml should know what their yr is by now...
the yr is over for good compnaies.
