It is not running over 1st amendment rights to expect someone to comply with the law.
I stopped reading after that.

If someone has to violate his or her religious beliefs to comply with the law, the law itself is unconstitutional.

Your argument is equivalent to "The law is the law whether you agree with it or not." That's not a defense of the law's constitutionality, but rather an evasion thereof.
