Just for the sake of argument. Let's say there is a person who holds the very same position as Hobby Lobby, and owns a small business. Lets just say he has some beliefs he bases on his understanding of human nature or something that line up that way.

It doesn't seem he is covered by this decision.

Of course, you won't see CJ arguing against Ali's stance

Why should I? We exempted some religions from the draft. No reason that a Muslim should be treated differently. In principle we also exempted conscientious objectors. But that was really hard to get if you weren't doing it on religious grounds.

Discrimination, again.

Ali had the mentality of a 12 year old (That's being generous).

He had no ""beliefs"

He did whatever his Nation of Islam handlers told him to.

>>"Consider this. If Hobby Lobby doesn't want to pay for said contraception, why can't Obama just step in with an executive order and pay for it himself? It's because he can, but he doesn't want to. Better to force people to pay for it regardless of their position or beliefs."<<

Good idea...closer and closer to single payer, Medicare for all. Like what you conservatives are doing to get us there.
