It will get reallocated into RGDO at yesterdays close, if that's ok.

Watchit: Thanks for bringing the closing of the CHTP buyout to my attention. Buyouts are treated according to Contest Guideline No. 10:

10) In the case of buyouts for cash the proceeds will be reallocated to the remaining portfolio stocks. The initial portfolio percentage allocations to those stocks will be used to determine the reallocation percentages.

For CHTP, I will use the $6.52 closing price of CHTP on 6/23/14 for the reallocation. In choosing $6.52, I’m assuming a sale of CHTP rather than acceptance of the $6.44 in cash plus the CVRs. (I don’t expect the CVRs to be traded so I can’t track their value. But apparently the market only considered their current worth at about $.08.)
As for the reallocation basis for the other stocks in Contest portfolios holding CHTP, I’ll use the 6/27/14 close.
Of course, if anyone thinks there’s a fairer way to deal with the CHTP buyout, I’m open to suggestions.

Peace & good health,
Bulba
