Duluth Metals (DM-T) July 7, '14 board of directors has initiated a process to review potential strategic alternatives. Duluth Metals has asked Barclays, its financial adviser, to advise and assist with the thorough evaluation of its strategic alternatives. Christopher Dundas, executive chairman of Duluth Metals, noted, "We are pleased to enlist the Barclays global mining team to assist the board in examining and advising us on all our strategic alternatives." Duluth cautions shareholders that there is no assurance that the strategic review will result in any specific strategic or financial transaction and no timetable has been set for its completion. Duluth will keep shareholders updated on the strategic review process and any material developments.
