I still like the looks of these steel charts. I don't know exactly why, they aren't screaming "time to go long". I just get the "feeling" that better times are ahead for this group.

When this country starts to rebuild infrastructure, which it will need to do very soon (and long overdue), the steel and aluminum companies are going to benefit greatly. Hard to believe how washed out they look, especially the 5 year charts...... (shorter term charts in the linked post).

MT selling at 1/3 book, is on the reversal watch list. I know that everyone thinks demand is going to tank but I can't help but think these companies are reaching a stage where the past is not indicative of the future....then again, maybe it's just me who can't see the lack of interest in rebuilding infrastructure in this country....
