Did you notice how Steve mixed up Medicaid and Medicare?

Yup. In fairness, its only partly their fault. Their pols work overtime keeping them confused and in the dark. Besides, Medicare and Medicaid both start with an M and both start to spell medicine so how can they not be the same thing. Oy.......its so confusing.
