LPasko, Thanks for the response. I hope you didn't think that I was slinging mud at lawyers and, given the tenor of the thread, I admire your courage for admitting your former profession. Your expertise can be vital to this thread and I hope you've had a chance to evaluate the cases being brought against the company. We could all benefit from your analysis if you are willing to give it. My interpretation of your comments leads me to believe that you don't think these cases will amount to much. This supports my opinion of them so maybe I am reading what I want to see! Please correct me if I have misunderstood. Regards, John
