Dems block all appointments with 41 votes, court can't work with 2 people. Nuclear option agreement did not cover SC.

Interesting to me: I was watching on CNN a while back two lawyers and a very smart and measured Jewish psychiatrist talk about the guy who left his kid in the hot car who died. The two lawyers were so sure it was an accident that when the psychiatrist started giving a very intelligent and insightful explanation of why she felt they might be guilty they both kept laughing at her (like idiots). But it was clear she was light years ahead of the lawyers in the brains department and now the guy is looking guilty. So now I am watching it.
