I know, but for now it is 50,000 and we must handle that humanely. The worse the situation, the more humanely you must try and address it. Or else what is left of our validity as human beings? And I can be existentially ruthless if I must. But not until I must, and certainly not based on some opaque theory of future problems. That must be addressed differently through intelligent comprehensive planning I hope they are doing now? But short term, like now, I would fight any assholes who wanted to harass scared young mothers and their children.
