Here are my thoughts in the form of questions that I hope WNDR has addressed by now:

(1) What are WNDR's key business goals for 1998? Assuming one of the goals is growth, what is standing in the way of rapid growth, expansion into new markets, and dominance in current markets for WNDR?
(2) What are WNDR's key long-term business goals?
(3) What is/are the best way(s) to achieve 1998 and long-term goals? Assuming one of the best ways is to invest in distribution, what are the pros & cons of a worldwide channel of "independent" distributors?
(4) Does ownership of the distribution channel make sense for WNDR? Why or why not?
