I already have.

If there is a real public health need, then the mandate should trump religious belief. One example is vaccinations.

The only thing at stake here, however, is an entitlement, i.e. who pays for it. If the government wants, they can pay for it themselves.

It's that simple. The only reason why there are any complications is because liberals want to force their agenda upon everyone else.
