What is a real public health need?
Contraception isn't a real public health need. If people can't afford their own contraception (or Plan B for that matter), they shouldn't be having sex.

This isn't the same as vaccinations. We can't choose to avoid the diseases that vaccinations are meant to protect again.

If the "religious objection" were about vaccinations than about contraception, the courts would have ruled against the objector.
