Listen, guys... boogieman has the answer.

Hiram told me that Bellcore was interested in their products and that they would be tapping into the Bellcore network.

In essence, they are going to suck off of Bellcore's technology and clients for awhile.

Mach, does the brochure actually say proprietary program
of Netz? I looked at the Soliant site and it appears
that they and Netz are using the same management product.
I wondered who borrowed it whom?
