1. I posted Wavetechs URL, visit it. They aren't just a siesmic company, but a more integrated job shopping exploration company. For AIPN they offer a one stop unit to run the exploration/drilling program. WHat they are doing will be intereptation of the siesmic that is acquired. Sitting down with AIPN geologist and selecting the best prospect to drill and then draw up the drilling program.
Actually Wavetech is an interesting company. Wonder if they are traded?? Anyone know.

No, the two crews are going to layout the lines and shot the siesmic. They will only evaluate to make sure that it is good as far as the quality of the data, not the intereptation of that data.

2. It's small potatoes and offers some cash flow. AIPN tried to sell it before back in '92. Frankly it is puny compared to some of the BIG chemical plants in Lake Charles. It also takes moeny to buy the crude to process. However it is an asset that they can use for collateral. In the grand scheme of things, minor. Some sound like this is the only plant in the south that produces asphat. Prestigous Asphat Institue...I have to laugh.
