We use a different system. That wrap is very time consuming and would not allow personal adjustment. We use straps at night to lift and then I move him over with the straps to the side from which he will turn...then lower him and adjust his head, butt, knees bent, however it allows for the best 'small'' movement he can get. He is so brave and good.
