Bob, I have definatly moved on, I have been hanging around the NAXOS thread, although haven't touch the stock. These DD threads are great for entertainment and a good arguement, although not always a sensible one. Just came back because someone from here was on Naxos spouting garbage so I thought I would "revisit" IPM and see what was up.

I don't have a day job. I usually don't even respond on threads that I am short stock on for reasons that I have encountered here. I probably would not have shorted IPM except I felt obligated after saying I would if I saw a pre-report rally. This stock didn't even fit the T/A I usually look for. The one thing here was all the hype and the "gap up" tallk from so many. NEVER have I seen these "dillusions of riches" actually materialize for the little guy. I have played the Jr. Market for about 5 or 6 years although only shorting for the last 2. I still go long although more and more rare. I prefer to play mining stocks although not 100% IPMCF was the first stock I chose to short stricktly on the US market. I like the canadian markets myself. As far as T/A I look for a share price that has increased significantly on higher than normal volume in a short period of time without substantial earnings or immediatly probable earnings to justify the increase. Recently I have shorted AVL, IPMCF, CRN, DNZ, WTC, NAI, GMH, IOM, IRC ( a paper loser for now ), RAN (got scared and ran before losing), and CBQ . I have a watch list of about 30 and usually have 3 or 4 positions open at a time. I try to stay away from O & G this time of year and although I don't always avoid it, I am extra careful around the TSE.

What have you moved onto??

And by the way, you're right I spend way too much time around the net lately, but I am sure it is just a phase. At least until the beutiful spring weather comes back.
