Simple question. Given that the human species is capable of building a computer, is human over population a problem?>.

It is the primary problem.

<<A follow up question would be ;

Does the human intelligence have our population perfectly in balance with the needs of the planet and the needs of other species?>>

Of course not. We only recently came out of our animal skin and are still finding our way e.g. democracy.

Personally, I don't think we will make it as cultural dogma is making it impossible for science and logic to solve our problems, like over population, pollution and nuclear war.

Overpopulation is the root cause of many human problems. China is the only nation on earth to even begin to address it. Find even ONE elected pol in any democracy that even mentions it.

If we had 7 billion deer on the planet, we'd be mowing them down with machine guns from helicopters. Humans are much more rapacious than deer.
